Introduction |
Kyung-In Museum of Fine Art, established on Dec 6, 1983, is located in the center of Jongro-Gu, Seoul, Korea. The museum is well-known not only as a cultural public place, but also as a tourist spot among foreigners.
Measuring in about 1652.9m², it consists of Gallery No.1, No.2, No.3, No.5, Atelier Gallery, outdoor space for displaying works of art, multi-purpose outdoor stage with screen for many different art related events, and traditional tea cafe.
Kyung-In Museum of Fine Art is the place where captivate visitors’ attention everywhere with sculptures, constructions and installed works among grounds. In addition, the museum gives demonstrations that provide audiences meeting with artists, as well as concerts place in the outdoor stage during Spring and Fall. Central to the museum’s mission is being an accessible place to a public that ranges from diverse local audiences to international audiences. |
