Introduction The third Arario Gallery opened in 2006 in Samcheong-dong, a hub of large galleries in Korea. Remodeled on an old wooden building, the exhibition space on first and second floor each creates its own distinctive atmosphere, demonstrating a characteristic use of space. Faithful to its mission to globally nurture and promote the gallery’s represented artists, Arario Gallery Samcheong is devoted to supporting new young artists in Korea as well as in Asia. The objective of the gallery is to incubate the infinite potential of these artists to foster them into world-class Asian artists who stand shoulder to shoulder with artists from the West. Arario Gallery Samcheong stands at the forefront of contemporary art movement by presenting works by artists receiving international highlight beyond Asia in New York, London and beyond.
