| Introduction | The Artsonje center, founded in 1998, supports contemporary and internationally active artists under the principle of innovative and overall approach, and its efforts and activities find local artists to introduce to the world stage. Since its establishment, the center has been leading contemporary art in Korea by cultural exchange with major museums and artists in Asia and worldwide. In addition, the Artsonje provides a variety of target-specific programs and specialized courses, symposium and other events for easier access of contemporary art to general public. |
