Introduction	Space CAN Seoul is a non-profit alternative space located in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul with the purpose of increasing international exchange of visual arts. This is done y supporting domestic and international exhibitions and events of artists who are working abroad. Beginning with the exhibition of the first artist from the Artist Residency Program in December, 2008, Space CAN Seoul has held personal exhibitions of P.S.B. and international artists, independent film showings, performances, musical performances, media exhibitions and more. Space CAN Seoul has many on-going projects such as the Can! CAN Project which explores various art genres every year, and the Can Cross Culture Project which allows one to catch a glimpse into the works done by international and domestic artists of the same period. In addition to the above, workshops, lectures, educational programs and multitudinous events regarding visual arts are continually being held.
